Solution No. 1 (possible solution)
- Open the top of the printer, which gives access to the part of the scanner
- If possible remove the glass from the top
- When you see the imaging unit — which digitizes documents — if stuck move it
Solution No. 2 (possible solution)
- Open the same side of the printer (access to manipulate the scanner)
- If the part of the scanner (digitizer) look at the cables and connections on top
- Look carefully and abundant lighting that has not taken off or broken any time
If after this you do not find a solution, it is best to get the service tool for your printer and reset the printer EEPROM for the printer you have.
