When the printer continues to print pages that have not sent print, we must follow the steps below to fix the problem.
This problem usually occurs on printers installed in Windows Vista, Windows 7 operating system when the printer in one way or another is shared, either wirelessly or in a wired workgroup way.
Ship to print a document and this document repeats without stopping to simply spend all pages or until you turn off the printer and on again.
The odd thing is that we have not ordered that the document be repeated and when we go to the print queue to see the files that are being printed nothing appears, it is as if the printer continues to print on your own.
Here comes the question, the problem is with the printer or operating system, a way in which you can identify the problem is printing from the computer to the printer is installed, this is called print directly.
If the problem continued and the operating system on which the printer is connected is the same as trying to print where we see the possibility of connecting the printer to a different operating system. Everything for your own disappointment that the problem is though not enough operating system.
The procedure to do now is a bit complex and should be done in the computer that is trying to print, proceed to the letter and get the solution you are looking for, the first thing to do is to open the menu home located in the lower left of the desktop of our computer.
Then write in the start menu search the word "services.msc" without quotes.... we get the following window.
We will double-click print queue and the services we print queue window on this we must stop the print queue service appears. see image below...
The status of the service must be stopped, for what we do click stop, then click on apply, so that the mandate is applied, it is recommended to close all windows and go back and enable the process again. If the problem is not resolved recommendation is to uninstall the printer and install it again.
