Reset printer Canon PIXMA iP1000 

To reset the Canon printer, you will need to put the printer in service mode.

Service Mode Instructions

• Disconnect the printer cable 
• Open the lid cartridge access (side cover of the printer)
• Pressed the button on the printer
• Connect the electrical power cord from the printer
•  Closed the cartridge access door and release the power button

Now the printer must be in service mode, use the software that you downloaded to reset the computer and run it.

Check the image below, this is what must appear on your screen. The spots marked with the red arrow are the spots that you need to select first, then check the blue arrow, finally the black one.

After selecting the options shown on the image in the same order are we mentioned, please turn the printer OFF and then back ON, your printer must reset.
