Open the front door giving access to the toner

This is where you have to be more careful with the fuser unit, it can burn. Take a look and make sure the paper can be removed in this way, you must remove it carefully from the printer to avoid any further error.

If you can disconnect the power feeder printer, raise the part of the scanner and to the front door giving access to the toner unit.

If the error has been removed after removing the toner put everything in place, make sure the paper going into the printer is not wrinkled. If even after removing the pages the error persists, double check to make sure no small piece of paper has been left that is pushing the sensor.
