Place the cartridge on a flat surface when you can easily work on it. To protect the flat surface from ink spills use an old piece of clothing to cover this surface.

Carefully and slowly remove the sticky label from the ink cartridge, the one with the number and the cartridge color. Removing this label will allow a certain airflow into the cartridge to provide a better quality print.

Step No. 3
Slowly inject 5 ml of ink into the cartridge, you must do it very slowly to allow the inner sponges to soak all the ink.

Even if you have correctly followed the instructions, the ink cartridge might still not properly working. If it is your case, check the additional instructions below:
- Remove the ink cartridge and clean the connectors with some wet napkin.
- Clean the printer connectors as well.
- If there is still no solution, turn the printer off and unplug it from the power supply for about 10 minutes and then plug it again and place the cartridge.
