Then, please download the file included in the following link. You should download and extract this file to execute it properly.

Step #3:

Finally, execute the downl1643_83 file.
After have finished installing it, wait for the LEDs on your printer to start blinking and for it to reboot. Then, wait 20 seconds and turn the printer OFF yourself. You should wait another 50 seconds before turning the printer ON again.
