Step #1:
Place the ink cartridge in a flat surface, you can cover this surface with a piece of old material in case of ink spill.
Step #2:
Please carefully remove the sticky label where the number and the color of the cartridge in mentioned. Some people refill the cartridge with the stciky label on, but we recommend always removing before refilling. Do not discard the label because at the end you will stick it back to the cartridge.
This label is responsible for letting a necessary amount of air into the cartridge that will help it reach the highest performance and printing quality.
Step #3:
Now inject the 5ml of ink as slowly as possible. You must do it very slow to allow the ink to spread in every area inside the cartridge and soaks the sponges. Make sure there is no air in the syringe before injecting the ink.
Step #4:
After completing the refilling process, please print a test sheet and leave the cartridge in the printer.

3. If you still hav not solved the problem, then turn your printer OFF for 10 minutes and disconnect the power cable. Wait for the 10 minutesd and then plug the cable back in the printer before installing the cartridge.
