What is exactly a print head

This post will explain you what a headprint is, what is its major task and what parts intervene in this process.

The printhead is the key element of the printing process, all important information is stored there. For example, the number of pages printed, when the next maintenance service is required. It is also responsible for injecting the ink on paper when the printing process starts.

In a few words the printhead represents the printer itself, the two fundamental parts of the printhead are the electronic circuit and the injectors.

• The electronic circuit controls the injectors, and if this circuit is worn out the printer will not operate and the cartridge installed will not be recognized. 

• The injectors purpose is to deliver the ink on the paper sheets to make a print
